Work on how answer engines find and cite a brand, and on the custom builds underneath it - automation, agents, integrations and the data layer. Comfortable in a spreadsheet, SQL or Python is enough to start.

- The first four weeksLive work. You join a real engagement or programme alongside your lead and start contributing to it.
- The middle weeksOwn a workstream. A defined piece of work that is yours end to end - the plan, the doing and the write-up.
- The last weekPresent and look ahead. You show the work to the division and have an honest conversation about what comes next, including graduate roles.
What a complete application looks like
- A CV with your graduation month and year visible, and two pages at most.
- Your transcript or, if you do not have one, a course list with the full course titles.
- The short 'why this' note on the form - what you want to work on, and why here.
- A link to one real thing you made, if you have it: a project, a write-up, a site, a repository.

- Every internship is paid. The figure is in the offer, in writing, before you are asked to decide.
- Visa and relocation
- If you would be moving to the UAE, the visa position is settled in writing before you accept. Tell us where you are based on the form.
- How to apply
- Use the application form on the jobs page and choose Internship as the role. Every application gets a reply within two weeks.
Questions students ask
Where can I find other roles?
Every full-time opening is on the jobs page. If nothing fits, send a general application - it is read against the division you name rather than a single vacancy.
Do I get to choose my location?
You can say where you would like to be based on the form. Most placements are in Dubai and a few are remote across the GCC, so what is available depends on the placements that are open.
How long is an internship?
Eight to twelve weeks. The exact start and end dates are agreed with you, so it fits around your term dates.
Do I need to be studying full time?
Not necessarily. We read applications from students in the last two years of a degree, master's students and recent graduates. If your course load is unusual, say so on the form.
I have applied before. Is the process different?
No. Everyone goes through the same stages, however far you got last time. Reapplying is normal and held against no one - it helps if something has changed, such as a project or a course.
Will I need a visa?
If you would be moving to the UAE for the placement, the visa position is settled in writing before you accept. Put where you are based on the form so it is dealt with early.
I am doing a bachelor's now and starting a master's next. Can I still apply?
Yes. State it plainly on your CV - the school, the programme and your tentative graduation date - and attach your latest transcript or course list.
What does a complete application look like?
A CV with your graduation month and year, your transcript or a course list, and the short note on the form saying what you want to work on. A link to something you have made helps, and is optional.
I do not have a transcript. What should I send?
A tentative course list with the full course titles is fine.
I have new skills since I applied. Can I update my CV?
If someone on the hiring team has been in touch, send it to them. If not, submit the form again with the new CV and say it replaces the earlier one.
Can I apply for more than one internship?
Apply to the one that fits best. Applications are held against the division as well as the posting, so a strong application is moved to a better-fitting placement rather than rejected.
What is the interview process?
The same five stages as every other role, described on the How we hire page. For internships the conversation leans on your coursework and what you have built, rather than employment history.
How long until I hear back?
Every application gets a reply within two weeks, whether or not it moves forward. From application to decision it usually takes two to three weeks.
Is there a coding test or take-home?
No. The working session is live, roughly ninety minutes, on a real problem, with one or two people from the division. Nothing you produce is used for client work.
I have an offer deadline elsewhere. Can you move faster?
Put the date in the 'why this' note. We will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
Are internships paid?
Yes. Every internship is paid, and the figure is written into the offer before you decide.
If I do not get an offer, can I get feedback?
If it is a no, you are told, and told why in a line that is actually useful.
Can I withdraw my application?
Yes. Reply to whoever you have been talking to and say so - no reason needed.
